That is how we help extend the useful life of a qualifying roof instead of selling you a replacement. It is not a new roof, and the coating is not paint.
Roof Health Check — $249
A visual look plus photos for $249, paid in full that day. Credited in full toward coating if you book within 14 days. The inspection decides treat, repair-only, or walk away and refer a roofer. Thermal or drone photos may be available when legally operated. We do not coat a wet roof, and we do not coat a roof that is already failing.

• Steeper, two-story, and tight-access roofs cost more
• Perma-Boot pipe collar: $149 each (3+ at $129)
